Inforum and its Focus on Empowering Women in Michigan

Women all around the world, including the USA, are still struggling and fighting for equal rights to their male peers. According to Hillary Clinton's speech earlier this month, empowering women is a "core imperative" for society if the United States want to remain a global leader. However, in order to reach the success point, the issue has to be addressed at the local level first.

Having said that, it is worth to mention an organization like Inforum. It is a leading professional organization focused on empowering women in Michigan and the Midwest by creating strategic connections and accelerating their careers.

Inforum offers a broad spectrum of benefits for women who are driven by success as well as a desire for networking and socializing. Everyone who is a member of the organization is given a chance to make strategic connections, build relationships and gain some valuable insights from thought-leaders by attending various lectures, networking and leisure events. Inner Circle is Inforum's signature event focused on empowering women in Michigan and takes place at different locations around the state every year. This event aims to celebrate accomplished and admired women, and gives access to young professionals and women breaking into senior leadership roles.

Thanks to organizations like Inforum, the importance of empowering women is recognized and addressed locally. However, this can, hopefully, spread the word on a national level as well.
